Let your light shine
Matthew 5:16
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven

To let your light shine means setting a good example by your kind acts so that people will know you love God Almighty and will desire to serve Him too.

That is our duty as Christians who are the light and salt of the earth. How can you let your light shine as a student, worker or ambassador for Christ?

In school you can set a good example by obeying all school rules, showing your love by giving and sharing what you have with your friends. (Luke 6:38)

As a worker, you can let your light shine by abiding by your company’s code of conduct, performing your duties efficiently and helping others complete theirs. Taking good initiatives that will enhance the company’s performance and living at peace with all men.(Romans 12:17-18)

As an ambassador for Christ, seize every opportunity you get to share the message of salvation with all you come into contact with. (2 Timothy 4:2)

Suggestions for success
1. No matter the circumstances you find yourself in like the Apostle Paul says in Philippians 4:12-13
I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: everywhere and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Let this be your prayer

Keep me shinning Lord, keep me shinning Lord
In all I say and do
That the world may see
Christ lives in me
And learn to love Him too
