The just shall live by faith
Hebrews 10:37-38
For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Living by faith involves constantly trusting God to move even in challenging and difficult times. It also requires that you allow nothing to discourage you even if your expectation is not met after a long time. Keep praising and thanking God that your expectation will be met.
The verse above states clearly that one thing the Lord hates is for us to drawback or give up on our expectation and faith.
Even if the response or what you are expecting delays, do not give up keep trusting and believing God till the end.
Zechariah 4:6 says
Then He answered and spake unto me saying, This the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts
Habakkuk 2:3 says
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie; though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
The verses quoted above indicate that God works with time and by his Spirit. No other formula will work. God works in His time and through the Holy Spirit.
Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ do not give up on your dreams and promises of God, be patient and wait for God’s timing and move through the Holy Spirit
God be with you
Suggestions for success
1. As you prepare for the coming week, pray for God to give you patience and a spirit of thanksgiving to wait for your breakthrough. Live by faith and not by sight.
Prayer
Think about the words of this song
He has promised He will never fail
I will hang on Him
I will hang on Him
He has promised He will never fail
His faithfulness is forever more.
Amen
