Resist the devil
James 4:7
Submit yourselves, therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you

To resist the devil is to withstand or oppose the devil. The verse above says to be able to resist the devil you must first submit to God. How do you submit to God?

When you submit to God you yield or give in to the authority of God. Submitting to God requires that you are “still” and you allow God to exercise His authority.

Psalm 46:10 (God’s Word Translation) says
Let go of your concerns. Then you will know that I am God. I rule the nations. I rule the earth.

Beloved in the Lord, students, workers and ambassadors of Christ, we all have concerns, anxieties and issues we need to resolve. Lets turn everything over to God in prayer and hold our peace. When we do this, the “snare of the Fowler ” is broken or we escape from the snare of the Fowler

Psalm 124:7 (God’s Word Translation) says
We escaped like a bird caught in the hunter’s trap. The trap was broken and, we escaped.
God be with you

1.Learn to cast your cares unto the Lord and the devil will flee from you.

Prayer
Let this be your confession

The Lord is our consuming fire
Heaven and earth shall pass away
The Lord is fire
Satan don’t you hear the warning
The Lord is fire
Amen
