Present yourself as a living sacrifice
Romans 12:1-2
I beseech you therefore, brethren to present yourself as a living sacrifice….
Do not conform to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind……

To present yourself as a living sacrifice is to submit your will completely and totally to God. The will of God comes first before yours.

This is not an easy thing to do. It implies that you are willing to obey all God’s commands no matter the cost. You are ready to endure ridicule, persecution and rejection . You must not conform to all the standards of the world only those that glorify God

Part of the Lord’s prayer found in Matthew 6:10 says:

Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

As you live your life as a student, worker and ambassador of Christ, remember to consider God’s word concerning every step you take.

For example what should your target be for every examination as a student?
Matthew 5:16 says
Let your light so shine before men……..and give glory to your Father in heaven.
You must excel in every exam to glorify God.

As a worker , how should you manage your employer’s property?

Philippians 2:15:says

That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation….
Keep your employer’s property with care

As you submit your will to God daily, you will be blessed beyond measure
Matthew 6:33
Seek first the kingdom of God and it’s righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you
God be with you

Suggestions for success
1. Reflect over your daily activities. What adjustments can you make in order to glorify God in all you do?

2. Study the bible to know God’s will and obey it

Prayer
Meditate on the words of this hymn

Lord in the fullness of my might
I will for thee be strong while runneth o’er each dear delight
To thee should soar my song.

Oh choose me in my golden time
In my dear joys have part
For thee the glory of my prime (youth)
The fullness of my heart.
Amen
