A thankful heart
1 Thessalonians 5:18

In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

The verse above encourages christians to give thanks in everything, whether good or bad. That is what God expects or requires from us.

To have a “thankful heart” is to appreciate in words and deeds the good things or blessings God showers on us.

We can appreciate in words by praising God through prayer and singing of praise and worship songs. Psalm 100:4

You can show your appreciation in deeds by obeying God’s commands and seeking to please Him in all you do. Hebrews 11:6

To show your appreciation to God as a student, worker and ambassador of Christ, live above reproach. Obey all school, work and bible rules and regulations. Boast in the name of the Lord

Psalm 20:7 says

Some trust in chariots, some trust in horses but we boast in the name of the Lord our God.
God be with you

Suggestions for success
1. Think about all the things you can do as a student, worker and ambassador of Christ to show your appreciation to God.
2. Write these things down and work on doing them all.
