Keep your mind on God
Isaiah 26:3
He will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed on Him ( paraphrased)

To keep your mind on God or have your mind stayed on God means to think about all the things He has done for us. He has forgiven us our sins and given us eternal life. He supplies all our needs and heals our diseases. The list can go on and on.

The verse above says those who keep their minds on God, thinking about all the wonderful things He has done for us and continually express their gratitude have peace of mind. Why?

Because they have renewed their minds as Romans 12:2 says

Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your minds…..

Such people see the silver lining behind every cloud in their lives. They are always optimistic. Instead of saying :

The glass is half empty, its contents will run out soon.

They will say:

The glass is half full, it will be filled soon.

Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ, no matter the circumstances you find yourself in, believe without any doubt that all things will work for your good. ( Romans 8:28)

1. Reflect over your daily activities, identify the activities that stress you or discourage you. Ask for grace and strength to excel in these areas.
