He knows the future
Ecclesiastes 9:11
I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to the all.
Because God decides on what happens in the future , He is already aware of what will happen ( he knows the future).
The verse above explains or brings out the fact that our strengths and abilities alone cannot make us successful. We also need the touch of God or the grace of God. Why?
Like the verse above says , the fastest person does not always win the race, he can get a muscle pull (that is time and chance or an accident) fall and lose the race.
The bible also says in Proverbs 21:31 that
The horse prepares for battle but safety is of the Lord.
Also Psalm 127:1 says
If the Lord does not build the house, the labourers labor in vain
Meaning, because the Lord knows the future, He alone can ensure your safety and victory. He can take care of the muscle pull in a race, or headache during an examination that will compromise your success. We must learn to trust and depend on the Lord always.
As a student, worker and ambassador of Christ learn to trust God completely and fully because He alone knows the future and can ensure your safety and success.
God be with you
Suggestions for success
1. Reflect over your daily activities. Identify the areas where you need to trust and rely on Him more.
Prayer
Let this song be your prayer
Captain of Israel’s host and guide
Of those who seek the land above
Beneath thy shadow we abide
The cloud of thy protecting love
Our strength thy grace
Our rule thy word
Our end the glory of the Lord.
Amen
