God will direct your steps
Proverbs 16:9
A man’s heart deviseth his way, but the Lord directeth his steps

The verse above says a man will plan his life but it is God who will direct him into His will for his/her life.

In 2 Samuel 15-19, David’s son Absalom plans to overthrow his father and take over his throne. He even had Ahithophel David’s chief advisor on his side.

David knew if Absalom had Ahithophel on his side he was in trouble. In 2 Samuel 15:31 King David prayed for God to turn Ahithophel’s advice into foolishness.

Absalom and his men rejected Ahithophel’s sound advice and they were eventually defeated and David retained his throne.

Just as God turned the wisest counsel into foolishness pray that any plan the evil one devises against your education, your career or your ministry in 2022 will be redirected by God in your favour.

In 2022:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
And lean not on your own understanding
In all your ways acknowledge Him
And He will direct your path.(Proverbs 3:5-6)
God be with you

Suggestions for success
1. End this first Sunday in 2022 with a time of prayer committing your education, career and ministry into God’s hand. Ask Him to direct your path or plans throughout the year.
