Ask for the anointing
Psalm 45:7
Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

So many of us find it difficult to win souls for God. We are shy, feel inadequate (do not know much in the bible), lack confidence and fear rejection. The bible says the anointing breaks the yokes in our lives (Isaiah 10:27 (KJV)). It takes away all our inadequacies and replaces it with the ability to work efficiently for God. Ask God for the anointing.

1John 2:27
But the anointing which ye have received from Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.

The verse above confirms that when we receive the anointing, God through the Holy Spirit in us will teach and empower us to do the work of God. Pray and desire the anointing.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. The bible says ask, and it shall be given you, seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you (Matthew7:7).

Ask and seek for the anointing and you shall receive it.

Prayer
Lord God, you deserve all the praise, honor and adoration from all your creation each day. Let your spirit fall upon me and anoint me for your work. Amen.
