Be steadfast and immovable
2 Chronicles 15:7
Be strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your works will be rewarded.

As we wait and prepare for the Lord’s second coming we also have to win souls for the Lord. This is not an easy job. It takes courage, determination, discipline and strong faith in the Lord. Sometimes people will try to discourage you by insulting and rejecting you. As the verse above says, be strong and keep working for Lord.

1 Corinthians 15:58
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

This verse also encourages us to be confident and firm(steadfast) and do not change your mind or attitude because you do get the expected results (immovable), keep working for the Lord and He will reward you at the appropriate time.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Continue to pray and study the bible daily to prepare you for soul winning and the second coming of the Lord.

Mighty Jehovah, God Almighty, receive the thanks, praise and worship you deserve. Help me to remain steadfast and immovable always as I wait and work for the Lord. Amen.
