Be thou Faithful
1 Samuel 12:24
Only fear the Lord, and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider how great things He hath done for you

Being faithful is to remain loyal and steadfast to God and the principles given in the Bible.

The verse above says, fear the Lord and serve Him truthfully or genuinely from your heart because He has done so much for you.

What are some of the things God has done for us:?
– He created us and gave us the gift of life Genesis 1:27
-He redeemed us from the grip of the evil one by sacrificing His Son John 3:16
-He has presented us with the gift of Salvation free of charge, you only accept salvation as gift Ephesians 2:8

What does God require from us?
– He expects us to obey all His commands Deuteronomy 28:1
-Love Him with all our heart, soul and mind and also love our neighbour as ourselves Luke 10:27
-Obey the “Great Commission” given in Matthew 28:19-20

1 Corinthians 4:2
Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

Like the verse above says, we, Christians are stewards and we are expected to be faithful to the end. Revelations 2:10.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Pray for grace to remain faithful to God to the end.

Lord, help me remain faithful to the end
