Called to be faithful
1 Samuel 26:23
The Lord render to every man His righteousness and His faithfulness; for the Lord delivered thee into my hand today, but I would not stretch forth my hand against the Lord’s anointed

The verse above says God requires us to be faithful and righteous.

One thing every christian should know is that our life does not belong to us but to God.

1 Corinthians 4:1-2
Says it is required of stewards to be faithful.
We are stewards or servants of the Most High God and we are required to serve Him faithfully.

Matthew 25:21
His Lord said unto him, Well done good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter into the joy of thy Lord

Like the story about talents in Matthew 25, God has given each of us gifts and talents and He expects us to use them faithfully for the edification of the church.

When we stand before Him in judgement we will have to give an account of what we did with the talents and gifts He gave us
God be with you.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Determine in your heart to be a faithful servant of God and pray for grace and strength to make it possible.
