Fear not
Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee, I will help thee, I will uphold thee with my victorious right hand.

Fear is a common feeling experienced by every human being. We usually experience fear when:
-We take up a new project or challenge and we are uncertain about how things will end e.g starting a new job, marriage, a ministry etc
-When we see signs in our health, or business that indicate that there is danger ahead
-When we are given a new or demanding responsibility at work, in our extended family, at church etc

These are only a few examples that come to mind. The verse above says, when we are faced with situations that stimulate fear in our lives we should remember God’s promise that, He will strengthen us or give us the energy we need, He will help us or make the task easier and He will uphold us or give us victory.-

Luke 12:7
But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are worth more value than many sparrows.

In the verse above we are assured that God will take care of us, we need not fear anything. If he takes good care of even a Sparrow the He will fulfill His promises to you if you trust Him.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Learn to trust and depend on God at all times. Do not be intimidated by your circumstances. God never fails, even when the situation seems hopeless, He can change things in the twinkling of an eye.

Prayer
This is God’s promise to you
Fear not, for I am with you
Fear not, for I am with you
Says the Lord.
