Find rest in the Lord
Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint

Rest in the Lord is the profound peace God gives to those who love and trust Him even in the midst of challenging circumstances.

The verse above says those who wait on the Lord or those who spend time studying the word and praying will renew their strength.

Renew means to revive, refresh or restore what was lost. When you spend time in the presence of the Lord, He will renew your strength.

Matthew 11:28
Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest

This verse from the new testament gives another scenario of rest in the Lord. It says when you turnover your burdens to the Lord , He will give you rest

The bible says, “He will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Him. Isaiah 26:3
God be with you.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Love the Lord with all your heart, mind and soul and He will give you rest.

Cast your burdens unto Jesus
For He cares for you
Take your troubles to King Jesus there is rest for you

If you knew Him better
You will praise Him louder
You will love Him better
You will lift Him higher
Higher, higher
Higher lift King Jesus higher
