Follow peace with all men

Psalm 34:14
Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

The verse above says we should seek peace and pursue it. This implies that we should do all we can to live in peace with all men. It is difficult to live at peace with all men because some people keep provoking others making it difficult to maintain peace with them. Once God has given this command He will give us the grace to do so. Call upon the Lord and trust Him to grant you the grace and strength to obey His command .

Hebrews 12:14
Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man can see God.

The same message is repeated in the new testament. This implies that it is very important to God that we live at peace with all men. Let’s make this an important item on our daily agenda.
God be with you.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Ask God to give you directions on how to deal with difficult people.
2. You can find out what these people like and buy gifts (it does not have to be expensive) that you know they love for them.
3. You can give them compliments. eg. You look good in this outfit. Etc.
4. Be extra nice to them.

Prayer
Dear God , receive all the praise you deserve. Help me to live at peace with all men. Amen
