Follow the old time religion
Psalm 27:4
One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after, that l may
dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His temple

The Psalmist, an old time believer said, his desire was to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of his life, to worship and seek the Lord’s face.

What do you desire as a christian? If you want to follow the old time way of worship like that of King David and those in his time then we have to have the same desire.

Worshipping God and seeking His face ( studying the word and praying for God to show you how to apply it in our life) should be or great importance to us.

Hebrews 13:7
Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow….

In the old testament too we are being encouraged to follow the example of those who preached the word, the Apostle Paul and the other apostles

The bible was written so we could learn from people like the prophets, the apostles and Jesus Himself
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Study the word and obey the Lord’s commandments.
