Daily Word 🇬🇭

From my lips God has ordained praise!!!
Psalm 8:2
Out of the lips of babes and infants thou hast ordained praise…. ( paraphrased, NIV/Darby version)

The verse above says God has ordained praise or set in order praise from children and infants. So when humans have a meek, childlike heart then we are ready to praise God as we ought to.

Scripture also says in Psalm 34:1 that

I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth.

This means praising the Lord should be part of our agenda for each day. We should praise God at least as often as we eat to sustain our bodies. Praising God sustains our relationship with God and draws us closer to Him

Revelations 4:11
Worthy are you Lord to receive glory, honor and praise. For thou hast created all things and for thy pleasure they are and were created ( paraphrased)

This verse from the new testament tells us why we need to praise God always:
– We have to praise God because He is worthy of our praise
– We have to praise God, because He created us specifically for this purpose.
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Praise should be part of your agenda for each day.
