Daily Word

God has provided redemption for all
Isaiah 44:22
I have blotted out, as a thick could, thy transgressions and thy sins returned unto me, for I have redeemed you.

To redeem is to save from danger or harm. It also means buying someone’s freedom from oppression by paying a price.

That is the redemption God has provided for all mankind by sending His only begotten Son to die on the cross. The blood Jesus shed is the price He paid to redeem us from the grip of Satan and also save us from all kinds of danger.

The provision has already been made for every human being, ours is to believe and accept this redemption. ( Romans 10:9-10)

Just as the verse from Isaiah says your sins have been blotted or covered as a thick cloud and you have been redeemed or given redemption.

Ephesians 1:7
In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

This verse in the new testament confirms what has already been explained above. Accept the gift of salvation if you have not already done so.
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?

Prayer
Let this be your story:

Redeemed how I love to proclaim it.
Redeemed by the blood of the lamb
Redeemed and so happy in Jesus
God’s child forever I am
Redeemed, redeemed
Redeemed by the blood of the lamb.
