God is all you need
Psalm 37:4
Delight thyself also in the Lord: and He shall give thee the desires of your heart.

Humans spend so much time working and striving to earn money to meet their various needs and desires.

Unfortunately money cannot meet all our needs and desires. The verse above says if we delight ourselves in the Lord (dedicate our lives and possessions to the service of the Lord) He will give us the desires of our hearts.

Meaning, unlike the fact that money cannot meet all our needs and desires, God can meet all our needs and desires.

God is all we need to succeed in life and prosper. The bible says in Psalm 75:6-8 that;

Promotion cometh not from the east nor the west…..but comes from the Lord.

John 14:8
Philip saith unto Him, Lord, shew (show) us the Father, and it sufficeth (it is all we need) us

In the verse above, Philip confirms that God is all we need. Show us the Father, and that will be more than enough.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Commit your life to the Lord by accepting the gift of salvation.
2. Trust God for everything you need.

Let this be your prayer
I need thee every hour
Most gracious Lord
No tender voice like thine
Can peace afford.
I need thee , Oh I need thee
Every hour I need thee
Oh bless me now my Savior I come to thee.
