God is good
Nahum 1:7
The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble, And He knows those who take refuge in Him.

There is a song I love that talks about the goodness of God. It says:

God is good, all the time
He put a song of praise
In this heart of mine
God is good, all the time
Through the darkest night
His light will shine
God is good
God is good
All the time.

The song gives a nice description of the goodness of God:
– The goodness of God is not conditional, it is available all the time
-God will put a song of praise in your heart even when, you face challenges
– God’s goodness shines even in the darkest night- when all hope is lost.

Psalm 23:6 says
Surely goodness and
mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

The goodness of God cannot be compared to anything else.

Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect

The verse above describes the will of God as being good, acceptable and perfect.
No matter what happens, He can turn it around for your good
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Trust God completely , His will and plan for your life is perfect

Dear Lord, help me trust in your goodness completely.
