God moves in a mysterious way
Psalm 23: 4
Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me thy rod and thy staff they comfort me

The phrase “God moves in a mysterious way” brings to mind the fact that , God makes everything beautiful in His time ( Ecclesiastes 3:11)

In the old testament of the bible, there are people like Joseph whose life’s experiences show that even through trials and pain , God still makes things beautiful in His time. Another example is Job, through many trials and pain , God made things beautiful in His time.

When you come to the new testament, the woman with the issue of blood suffered for 12 years but God made things beautiful in His time. The lame man who sat at the pool of Bethesida for 37 years before being delivered and healed.

In all these testimonies, God proved that He makes all things beautiful in His time. In addition to this He confirms that He can work all things, good and bad together for our good ( Romans 8:28)

In the verse above, the Psalmist also confirms that even in the valley of the shadow of death ( through much trials and pain) He is with us and will see us through.

Misfortunes and challenges do not mean necessarily that we are doomed. It only shows that God moves through mysterious ways to achieve His purpose

John 16:33
…..the world will make you suffer but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world

This verse from the new testament again confirms that we might have trouble but God will help us overcome them and cause us to triumph always.

Keep trusting God for your triumph over every challenge.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Always remember that no matter what happens to you God can cause you to triumph.
