Great is thy faithfulness
Lamentation 3:22-23
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases. His mercies never will come to an end. They are new every morning, Great is thy faithfulness.

“Great is thy faithfulness” refers to the amazing loyalty and compassion God shows towards His children and creation.

From generation to generation His amazing loyalty and compassion has never failed. This is confirmed in the passage above.

He saved and delivered the Israelites from captivity several times in the bible. This can be found in books like Exodus, Nehemiah, Esther, Judges, Daniel etc.

In the new testament we can find stories on deliverance and faithfulness as well. The Apostle Paul and Silas’s chains were broken in prison after a powerful time of praise. ( Acts 16:25-26) There is also the story of the Apostle Peter being released from prison by an angel, when the believers called unto God for help etc.( Acts 12.3-19)

Scripture says in Daniel 11:32b that

Those that trust in God or know God shall be strong and do exploits ( paraphrased)

Meaning, because God is faithful, those who call upon Him through prayer and trust Him to move on their behalf receive their miracles and breakthroughs.

1 Thessalonians 5:24
Faithful is He who has called you, and He will also do it.

This verse from the new testament gives another scenario of God’s faithfulness. God not only fulfills His promises to His children but He also adequately equips us to fulfill the ministry, He has given us.

In our line of duty, as ambassadors of Christ when you stand to minister He gives you extra grace and wisdom to to teach and present His word( faithful is He who has called you and He will also do it)

In times of need, remember that God is faithful so when you call upon Him in prayer, as His word says He will answer.( Jeremiah 33:3)

1 Remember to call unto God first whenever you need help.
