He will come and save you
Isaiah 35:4
Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; He will come and save you.

A songwriter wrote:

He will come and save you
He will come and save you
Say to the weary one
Your God will surely come
He will come and save you

There are times when challenges and temptations multiply in our lives.

In the bible verse and song above, Christians are being encouraged to be strong and fearless, no matter our circumstances because our God will surely come and save us.

1 Corinthians 10:13 says

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

According to the verse above, when you are tempted or tried, remember that you are well able to overcome it. Pray and ask God to show you a way of escape.

Furthermore, James 1:12 says

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him

John 14:27
Peace, I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid

Our Lord Jesus also warned us about temptations and trials in the verse above.

Do not fret, worry, or be afraid. Pray and ask for the peace of God to keep you till the Lord moves on your behalf.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. When you come across challenges, trials and temptations, pray and ask the Lord to save you and keep you from yielding to sin.
