” He brought me to the banqueting table and His banner over me is love” Refers to the great love of God for mankind that led to a sacrifice that gave us a one time redemption from all sins. Past, present and future sins.

When we accept this gift of love it brings us to a banqueting table or brings us to a place where we can enjoy the graces, blessings and love of God

John 15:13 says
Greater love has no man than this, that a man should lay down His life for his friends (paraphrased)

God has given us so much love, we can return this love by dedicating our lives to serve Him faithfully

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting love

This verse from the new testament also describes the great love God has shown us.

The greatest commandments according to Jesus is:

To love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your mind and all your soul. And to love your neighbor as yourself.
