I have never seen your

Daily Word 🇬🇭

I have never seen your “type”
Psalm 46:10
Be still and know that I am God, I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

“I have never seen your “type”” is the pigin English expression for ” There is no one else like you”

In the verse above, the Psalmist expresses God’s will for us. It says “Be still” stop worrying and fretting because I am God, Jehovah God Almighty and I can demonstrate my power among the heathen ( people who do not believe in God) and in the whole world.

In other words, God is trying to say there is no one like Him, no principality, no power and no deity like Him.

Scripture says in Exodus 15:11 that
Among the gods
Who is like you?
You are glorious in holiness
Fearful in praising
Doing wonders.

Many people can give great testimonies on healing, deliverance from bondage and evil, being moved from poverty to riches, being blessed with exceptional power to do the work of God etc.

All these testimonies and the wonderful creation of God ( the world and all that is in it) around us prove that there is no one else like Him.

Revelations 1:8
The Alpha and the Omega. The beginning and the end.

This verse from the new testament also confirms that there is no one else like God. He is the beginning and the end of all things. He existed before the world was created and He will exist when everything ends

This is the kind of God we serve, let’s continue to remain faithful to Him at all times
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Trust in God with all your heart and never depend only on your own abilities. Commit everything you do into His hands and He will cause you to triumph

A songwriter said

You are Alpha and Omega
We worship you our God
You are worthy to be praised
We give you all the glory
We worship you our God
You are worthy to be praised.
