In your presence I am content
Psalm 27:4
One thing have I asked of the Lord, and that will I seek after
That I may dwell in the house of the Lord, all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His temple.

To be content is to be satisfied with whatever you have. It might not be much but you are still satisfied, you might be burdened with several issues but you are satisfied because you are in the presence of the Lord.

To be in the presence of the Lord is to create an atmosphere of prayer , praise and worship constantly such that you feel the Lord is near.

That is what the Psalmist describes in the verse above. It includes dwelling or worshipping in the house of God and also worshipping and praising God in your heart.

Hebrews 12:2
Looking unto Jesus
The author and perfector of our faith
Who for the joy that was set before Him
Endured the cross….

This verse from the new testament gives another scenario of dwelling in the presence of God.

Looking unto Jesus or relying completely on the Lord and depending on Him for all you need.
God be with you

1. Let prayer, praise and worship be an important item on your agenda each day.
