Psalm 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in the time of trouble.
When you say “it is well” it presupposes that there are challenges or obstacles but you are trusting God to work things out.
The verse above assures us that God is always with us in difficult situations, so we can confidently say “it is well”
2 Corinthians 2:14 says
Thanks be to God who always causes us to triumph……
There is victory for us through the blood of Christ our Savior.
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for the good of them that love God who are called according to His purpose.
All things , the good and the bad will work for our good as the verse above says. Keep trusting God.
