It will work for your good
Habakkuk 3:17-18
Although the fig tree shall not blossom , neither shall fruit be on the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls; yet will I rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation

Challenges, trials and temptations are not meant to break us or destroy us but to make us better people. James 1:2 -3 says
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into diverse temptations; knowing this that the trying of your faith worketh patience

So when you find yourself in a hopeless situation like the Prophet Habakkuk describes above, remember that everything will work for your good if you trust and obey the Lord

Romans 8:28
..all things work together for the good of them that love God, who are called according to His purpose

This verse from the new testament confirms that trials make us better people as already explained.

Do not faint in affliction, stand firm, put all your hope in God and obey His word. It will work for your good
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Trust and obey the word of God in all circumstances.
