Learn to depend on God
Isaiah 41:13
For the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee

We live in a world where we want quick solutions to everything. Fastfood, escalator, lift, microwave, rice cooker, pressure cooker, social media etc

Therefore, it is difficult for people to wait patiently for God to move on their behalf. Even Christians go to consult the occult, mediums, black magic etc.

The verse above says we should learn to hold the Lord’s hand and allow Him to lead us. There is no need to fear.

God is more than able (Ephesians 3:20) to fix any problem you can think of. He will not disappoint you.

John 15:5
I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in me, and I in Him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me, ye can do nothing .

The relationship we have with God should be like that of a vine and it’s branches given in the verse above.

The branches cannot find their own food or water they have to depend on the vine. We also need to depend solely on God for everything.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Bring all your needs before God, and wait on Him to give you directions on how to obtain them.
2. Learn to wait patiently on God to answer your prayers instead of turning to other powers. God is above all power on earth and in heaven

Mighty God, help me to depend on you always for all I need. Amen
