Let God arise
Psalm 35:2
Take hold of shield and buckler, and rise up to my help

Psalm 27:3 says

Though an host encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war rise up against me, in this will I be confident.

In Psalm 27:3, the Psalmist says no matter what happens, he will not fear because the Lord is with him . The Lord is his light and salvation as well as the strength of his life.

The verse above entreats God to come to our aid or help us. Life is full of ups ( successes) and downs ( challenges). We need an all powerful God by our side to guide and direct us on what to do to do in order to excel.

Let God arise and His enemies be scattered.

John 14:1
Let not your heart be troubled. Believe in God and believe also in me

This verse from the new testament encourages us not to fear but to believe in God.

God can do all things, so let’s keep trusting Him
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Trust in God with all your heart.

Prayer
Let this song be your prayer

I will bless the Lord at all times
His praise shall be in my mouth
My soul shall make its boast in the Lord
Magnify the Lord with me
Let’s exalt His Holy Name together

He contends with those who contend with me
And He fights against
Those who fight against me
He takes His shield and buckler
He rises to my help
And He says to my soul
I’m your deliverance
