Lord, use me in the fullness of my might
Ecclesiastes 12:1
Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shall say, I have no pleasure in them.

There is a hymn that says:
Lord in the fullness of my might, I will for thee be strong
While runneth o’er each dear delight
To thee my song should soar.

O choose me in my golden time
In my dear joys have part
For thee the glory of my prime
The fullness of my heart.

The song says it all. “In the fullness of my might” and “The glory of my prime” refer to our youthful days. The songwriter’s prayer is for God to use him in his youth.

That is what the verse above also says. It is important to remember God in your youth , because in your youth you have a lot of energy and less responsibilities. You have good health as well.

When you grow older, you become weaker, you have health problems and a lot of responsibilities. That is why you have to dedicate your youth to serving God.

1 Timothy 4:12
Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in purity.

Seek to be your best at all times. Set a good example for others to follow. Serve God with zeal and dedication.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Identify your talent and use it to the glory of God. If it is singing, join the choir and sing to win souls for God. If it is writing, create articles and write-ups and use it to win souls on social media etc.

Prayer
Dear Lord, may your name be praised at all times. Use me Lord to expand your kingdom. Amen.
