Pray for compassion to win souls
Proverbs 11:25
The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watereth also himself

Compassion is to be sympathetic, to have pity and concern for others’ misfortune. It is love and concern that moves you to help others.

Another translation of the verse above says

A generous person….
He who refreshes others shall be refreshed himself.

Another verse in the bible says , he who wins souls is wise. Why?

Because the unsaved are destined for eternal suffering in hell fire where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.( Revelations 20:10)

He’ll is a place you cannot wish even for your enemies. This thought alone should move us to reach out to the lost

Matthew 9:36
But when He saw the multitudes; He was moved with compassion on them, because they fainteth, and we’re scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd

This verse from the new testament says Jesus was moved with compassion to help the multitude.

Pray for the same compassion to reach out to the lost.
