Rise up
Micah 7:8
Rejoice not against me, Oh mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me

My emphasis in the verse above is on “when I fall, I shall arise”. What do you do when you fail, in an examination, an assignment given, or in
your ministry?

The verse above says , “arise” or rise up. In my opinion arise means do not abandon the project you failed in. Encourage yourself in the Lord’s word with verses like:
– My grace is sufficient for you for my power is perfected in your weakness…..2 Corinthians 12:9
– I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me Philippians 4:13
-Nay in all this things we are more than conquerors ….. Romans 8:37
– All things work together for the good of them that love God who are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28

Then pray for wisdom grace and strength and try again.

2 Timothy 6:12
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

In this verse our lives as Christians is being compared to a fight. It says we should fight the good fight of faith.

We should do all it takes, read your bible, pray, fast and obey the Lord’s commands in order to live a victorious christian life.

1.Determine in your heart to live to glorify God in all you do.

Fight the good, with all thy might
Christ is thy strength and Christ thy right
Lay hold on life
And it shall be
Thy joy and crown eternally
