Seek to glorify God in all you do
Isaiah 43:7
Even everyone that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him;yeah, I have made him
To glorify God, is to make Him big, great, honorable and important. You could add more adjectives. The aim is to make God attractive and acceptable to everybody.
The verse above says God created us for His glory. Some of things we can do to glorify God includes:
– Testifying about the great things He has done in our lives e.g healing, deliverance etc
-Obeying His commands in the bible
-Engaging in good works e.g. giving to the poor and needy, helping a friend in need etc
-Excelling in our studies, work and church activities
-Staying away from evil.
These are only a few of the things we can do.
1 Corinthians 10:31
Whether therefore, ye eat, or drink, or whatever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
In addition to the things mentioned above, we should seek to glorify God in everything we do as the verse above says.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Always bear in mind that you are God’s representative on earth, therefore, strive to excel in all you do to glorify God.

Almighty God, help me to glorify your name in all I do. Amen.
