Stand up for Jesus
2 Chronicles 20:17
Ye shall not need to fight this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, Oh Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed…..

There is a hymn that says:
Stand up, stand up for Jesus
Ye soldiers of the cross
Lift high His royal banner it must not suffer loss
From victory unto victory
His army shall He lead
Till every foe He’s vanquished
And Christ is Lord indeed

We not only have to preach the message of salvation but we also have to lift the name of Jesus high and honor Him in all we do

One of the signs given for the last days is that there will be many false prophets proclaiming false things about God and performing signs and wonders. Matthew 24:24.

It is therefore, important that Christians and children of God lift up the name of Jesus with their actions and words.

We do not have to fight the battles or overcome the challenges on our own, God will fight our battles if we give Him the praise and honor He deserves.

Matthew 10:32
Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father in heaven.

During challenging situations at school or at work we should be able to boldly declare that God can fix the problem if we pray.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Always be ready and willing to proclaim the greatness of God wherever you find yourself.

Prayer
Dear God, show us your glory that we can proclaim your greatness at all times. Amen.
