Proverbs 17:22
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones

The verse above states that a merry heart or having a positive attitude is as good as medicine to heal your soul. However, a broken spirit or having a negative attitude towards life kills the soul

The Apostle Paul suffered many hardships in his life as an ambassador of Christ, he was imprisoned several times, beaten, experienced shipwrecks etc but because he had a positive attitude in spite of all his hardships, he was able to accomplish much.

It was through his evangelistic missions to the gentiles that we all can accept and enjoy the gift of salvation with all the blessings attached

Let nothing discourage you from fulfilling your ministry of preaching the message of salvation.

Philippians 4:19
But my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus

As you fulfill your ministry, always remember that God has promised to be with you till the end of the world (Matthew 28:19-20). He will provide all you need so stay positive always

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Learn to switch to praise and worship mode whenever you feel sad or discouraged
