The Lord Reigns
Psalm 24: 8
Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle

The Lord reigns means God is not only the God of the east and west. He is God over the east, west, north and south. He rules over all things. His rule is one of peace. He seeks to eliminate violence and injustice.

The verse above says God is the king of glory. He is strong and mighty in battle because He reigns over all things. He has all power, authority, wisdom and strength

Scripture says in Revelations 7:12 that
Power and might belongs to our God forever and ever.

If the Lord reigns then we should be ready and willing to obey all His commands including that of winning souls for the kingdom of God

Hebrews 6:13
For when God made promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no greater, He sware by Himself

This verse from the new testament confirms that there is none greater than our God.

He has the whole world in His hands. Let’s continue to trust and obey Him

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Seek to please God always and learn to praise and worship Him often.
