The word of God has power to perform
Isaiah 55:11
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth, it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing where to I sent it.
This verse assures us that the word of God has power to perform. If you confess the word that says you were healed by the stripes of Jesus you will be healed. If you confess the word that if you trust in God completely, He shall direct your paths, God will guide you.
Hebrews 4:12 says
For the word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The verse above also confirms the power of God’s word. Keep confessing the word of God.

1. Study the bible thoroughly and use it as a guide or manual for your life.
2. Whenever you need direction, turn to the word first.
Prayer
Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of this day. Help me to trust you completely and use the word in everything I do. Amen.
