Deuteronomy 1.30
The Lord your God which goeth forth before you, He shall fight for you, according to all that He did for you in Egypt….
As a christian you can always say “things are getting better ” because God always goes before us and puts things in order.
By constantly confessing things are getting better even when things are actually getting worse, you are exercising your faith.
Romans 4:17-18 says
….. even God, who quickeneth the dead and calleth those things that be not as though they were.
By consistently saying things are getting better you are calling into being those things that be not, and once you do it in the name of Jesus, what you confess will eventually come into being or come to pass
2Corinthians 3.18
But we all, with open face beholding the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory…….
This verse from the new testament gives another dimension of things getting better. The verse says we are being changed into the image of God from one degree of glory to another.
Meaning , when you accept the gift of salvation and live a life worthy of your calling God gradually refines your character until you become perfect.
