This far by grace
Psalm 103:10-11
He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is His mercy towards them that fear Him.

The bible says, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God(Romans 3:23). It also says our righteousness is like filthy rags before God. (Isaiah 64:6).

Therefore, we all deserve to be punished but the grace of God makes it possible for us to enjoy the gift of salvation and eternal life. It is the grace and mercy of God that has brought us this far.

2 Corinthians 12:9
And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most glady therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

There is no need to worry about our weaknesses and shortfalls. The grace of God has all we require to make up for our inabilities and allows the power of God to rest upon us. We have all come this far by the grace of God in spite of our sins and unfaithfulness to God.
God be with you.

How can I apply the word to my life?
