What do you desire ?

Psalm 27:4

One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after ; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, and to inquire in His temple.

King David, is described as the man after God’s heart. He loved the Lord and wrote several Psalms in praise and worship of God. Like David do you desire above all else to serve and worship God as well worship frequently in church? This should be every Christian’s desire.

Matthew 6:33
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

The Apostle Matthew assures us that, once we make serving and worshipping God our greatest desire, all other things we want, need and yearn for will be given to us
God be with you.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Make attending church every Sunday the the number one agenda for every week.
2. Make every effort necessary to ensure you are in church on Sunday.3. Even when you are sick (unless you cannot move), it’s raining (unless there is a storm) or you have another appoint ( you can go for early morning service, or late afternoon or evening service or have service online) go to church.
3. Desire to serve the Lord faithfully and live to please Him.

Faithful God, I praise and bless your name. Help me desire to serve you at all times. Amen.
