You can do greater works
Deuteronomy 3:24
Oh Lord GOD, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might?
According to the verse above, there is no other God in heaven or in the earth with as much power and might as Jehovah God.
Jeremiah 32:27, says He is the God of all flesh and there is nothing too hard for Him to do.
Psalm 46:10 says
Be still and know that I am God, I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
God watches over His words and ensures that it performs or does what it is sent out to do.
John 14:12
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto the Father.
If God has all power and ensures that whatever He says comes to pass then it is possible for you to do greater works because Jesus said so and you have the Holy Spirit within you as a christian to direct and enable you to excel.
For example you can win more souls than Jesus did in His time because God gave man wisdom to invent computers and social media. You can reach more people.
You can also feed and heal many more people because God has given man more knowledge to produce more food through machines in a shorter time and given man more medical knowledge to heal freely through christian medical missions etc
God be with you.
How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Find different ways of reaching out to the poor and needy with the word of God, food, clothing, medications etc.
2. Find ways of reaching out to the rich and people in the middle class by providing good christian music and literature through social media. This can be done through crusades and music programs shown on the internet.
Prayer
Lord, set me on fire once more
I want to live my life to please you in every way
Set me on fire once more
That I may glorify you in all I do. Amen.
