Remember thy creator
Ecclesiastes 12:1
Remember now thy Creator in the days of your youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;
Lots of people think the Christian life is boring, it takes the fun out of life. They believe all the bible says but then they say let me enjoy life in my youth. When I grow old I will serve God faithfully. There are two major reasons why this decision is wrong:
– God wants you to serve Him in the prime of your life, ….before you grow old and weak and you cannot do much.
– You do not know how long you will live.
1 Timothy 4:12 says
Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in purity.
This verse also admonishes us to remember God in our youth by being an example to the believers in all we do. This word is not for the youth only but for adults as well. Whatever stage of life you are in, serve the Lord faithfully.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. In whatever stage of life you find yourself, make the decision to serve the Lord faithfully as long as you live.
2. Ask God through prayer to give you the grace and strength to do His will always.
Prayer
Most merciful Father, I bless your name because you are a mighty God. Help me to dedicate my life to serving you faithfully. Amen
