My ways are higher than your ways
My ways are higher than your ways
By Evangeline Unity Escala Folson
Isaiah 55: 8-9
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your way, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
According to the verse above, the way God thinks is different from how humans think. God’s thoughts are higher than ours, that is, God’s thoughts or plan are superior. Man’s thoughts and ways are finite but God’s are infinite it has no end.
1 Corinthians 29 says
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath, prepared for them that love Him
If God’s ways and thoughts are higher than ours, what must we do?
Surrender our life to Good
Psalm 37: 7
Romans 1211
Rev 3:20
Ask for God’s will to be done

Be patient and wait for the lord to act _____ _ _ _ __ __ _
You can be patient and wait for the Lord only after you have given your life to God or accepted the gift of salvation. Then you can enjoy the benefits of being saved and being a child of God. Some of the benefits are:
Enjoying the Lords good plans for your life (Jeremiah 29:11)
All things working for your good (Romans 8:28)
You can rest assured that the Lords plans and thoughts concerning you are much better than the best you can imagine as a human.
Romans 12:1
I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Surrendering your life to Good involves submitting your will. You do what God desires or o requires of you before considering what you need
The bible says in Matthew 26:3
God takes good care of the birds in the air and the likes in the fields. He provides all their needs. If the cares for the birds and plants, then He will surely Care for you.
The important thing is to Obey this Commands then like
John 1517 says what you desirewill be done for you.
Revelations 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door, and Knock: if any man hear my Voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will Sup with him, and he with me. As you ask the lord to come into your heart as Revelations 3: 20 says, you surrender your life to the Lord. his Spirit will come and live in your heart to comfort and direcet you (John 14:26-27)
Ask for God’s will to be done
Jeremiab 29:11
for I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the lord, thoughts of peace,
and not of evil, to give you an expected.
According to the verse above God has good plans for your life. All you have to do is to earnestly desire and ask for his will to be done in your life or for his plans for you to be fulfilled.
Colossians 1.9
for this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not Cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding
Just as the Apostle Paul and his spiritual son Timothy prayed for the Colossians that God’s will is done in their lives, you can also ask the lord to do the same for you.
Seek to please God always
Psalm 51. 16-17
For thou desireth not sacrifice; else would I give it! thou delightest not in burnt offering.
The sacrifices of God are a broken Spirits, a broken and a contrite heart, o God, thou wilt not despise.
God desires a repentant heart (a broken Spirit and a contrite heart). If you want God’s plans and thoughts for your life to be fulfilled, then repent from your sin, ask
for forgiveness and cleansing. Then His will can be done in your life.
Hebrews 11.6
But without faith it is impossible to please time for he that cometh to God most believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently Seek Him.
Trust and believe in the existence of God and Seek to please Him in all you do
